I always believe we will win a game when it starts. I think I may have finally broke after last night. You can’t consistently fall apart at 8 minutes left. You should always pick up 2-3 conference games no matter what. I don’t believe we will now.
Pick & Save is owned by Kroger, Just like Bakers in Omaha. Anymore I call it Kroger about half the time when talking about groceries.
If you have their Plus card you can use it in any of the Kroger brand stores

I rarely watch games anymore. As I've said before there seems to be no continuity from season to season. It's like it's a whole new lineup and this isn't Kentucky where you just run out 5 new McDonald's All Americans to replace the 5 that went to the NBA the season before.
I just baked that no knead bread that I forgot to add salt. It's the first one I have done that didn't bake up real well. I have no idea if the lack of salt had anything to do with it but it would sure be a strange coincidence.

I just read what Steve Prohm said and it pains my heart. To know that (it seems) the world is against you and everything you do would be so discouraging. I use that word seriously. I wonder whether Jamie talks with him much. I sure hope so, because hearing nothing from your boss when you know things aren't going well speaks volumes.
I haven’t read it and have done my best to support coaches who seem to have a good moral compass (I believe Steve does). He just seems lost right now, he did inherit a mess, but he tried to become Fred instead of being Steve. He is now realizing this and changing but it very well may be too late, a coach can’t survive 0 conference wins or maybe even 1.
Lucky to be alive but will likely have long term back issues at the very least. After the I-35 bridge collapse up here many survivors had major back issues from - not the drop - but the abrupt stop at the end of the drop.More amazing: the truck landed right side up.

He was very fortunate that the truck landed (basically) on its wheels - almost any other outcome would probably have been very bad for him.
I too think Steve really cares about his players, and the program. But I also think his coaching leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, college sports are big business now - they generate a lot of revenue - and you're paid a lot of money to produce results.
I guess I should learn more about it because I would strongly advocate for giving that title to the B-17.

Yeah even at like 5 MPH you can get jarred pretty good from a sudden stop depending on vehicle/angle even with a seat belt so I'd imagine the person is in pain.
Case in point, I just dialed in and sat there waiting until someone got on and said it was pushed to 11. So in the 7 minutes between getting asked to be a part of it the meeting gets pushed but they can't tell me.
I couldn't even find the game thread. What are they calling it, and who is posting it?
It hurts to agree, but I do. I feel for them...they just run out of gas.
