I will not be signing a LOI with anyone this year.
Well, at my age and weight right now a run on is probably not an option. Walking on sounds more my style.
Ok, got a few years for that and should be more than a few honestly. Although some days i feel like I would be there.
It is astonishing to me that it wasn't too long ago when a class with several 3 star recruits was great for our program, and now that seems to be the baseline for our new student athletes.
Today's signees aren't highly rated, but can you really question the staff at this point? Just need players that will buy in and develop. What I find more encouraging is that we're only signing one juco today. We used to depend on them.

A few short years ago a class full of 3 star recruits would have been a miracle. Now it's closer to the norm, that was my point. You're completely right about the Juco transfer difference. And the other thing that sticks out to me is not only are we starting to get the in-state guys we want, but also stealing players from recruiting hotbeds like FL, TX, and OH.
Fighting a migraine this morning so my deductive reasoning isn't on par. According to Stans' running blog we're down to 3 remaining left to sign. Could someone please provide those names?

It was already known that one wasn't going to sign early (not sure if it was Army or Frazier) and Iowa is pushing hard for Purchase.
