***CFB Games Nov. 13 & 14th***

OK, if BYU ends up 10-0, Texas A&M 9-1, Florida upsets Alabama in SEC CCG to go 10-1, Alabama ends up 10-1. Clemson wins ACC CCG to go 10-1, Notre Dame is 10-1 and Ohio State has to cancel another game so ends up 7-0. Who are your top four? I got (in no order):

Alabama
Clemson
Notre Dame
Florida

Which sucks that it is two conferences only, but it is what it is this year. DPM (data points matter).
Probably the same as you. I dont think a 1 loss B1G should get in above a 1 loss ND, SEC, or ACC school.
Okie St could theoretically run the table and i think they should get in above a 1 loss B1G team.

KF was just being a doooosh with his timeouts last night. Fleck was doing what any coach in the country would do in that situation.... get some practice in for those kinds of situations and try to score. You don't kneel when you're the team that's down, no matter how far behind.

You could tell KF was ticked off that Minny was trying to score and avoid the shutout..... but why? Every coach would do that.

Agree.
Twin Cities media leaving out the word 'class' when describing Capt. Kirk's three consecutive TOs with 19 seconds left.

This is just too good, I hate cheering for Penn St but the fallout from a chokejob like this would be epic. Also...holy crap are there some horrible teams in the b1g.

Remember when Penn State was preseason top 10? Yet more data to show why ranking teams before at least a week (should be 2-3 weeks) into the season is just stupid.

The big ten is proving how dumb it was to have teams rated that weren't playing. Michigan and Penn St were way too high for having not proven anything. Indiana is now benefitting, people think they have two great wins but neither are anything special.

I was making a mental list of all their horrible teams this year and I couldn’t decide where to stop. Half their conference is garbage.

Agree. Ped St. can't even beat the Fuskers to now go 0-4. To think this team was rated #7 pre-season.
But then again, Michigan was #16, The Goophers were #19, and TOE was #24. All hot garbage. Big10 bias really evident, again.

100% this. And it goes for every conference, as there is always one each year for sure that is just going to be hot garbage as a whole minus maybe a team or two. The amount Indiana jumped after their 1-point win against Penn State was one of the bigger over reactions we've seen in recent polls. And they have benefited ever since. They may be a top-10 team, but their four wins are against Penn State (0-4), Rutgers (1-2 and the win is against Michigan State), Michigan (1-2 with the win being against Minnesota who is complete trash) and Michigan State (1-3 with that win being against Michgan).

Not much to write home about. I would actually keep them top-10 if they lose to Ohio State but it's in OT or something. That OT loss would be better than any win they've had.

There won't be any pretenders left in the Big 10 after the Hoooosiers play OSU. It's been a Big2 league and it will be Bucky and the Buckeyes in the end.

College football on the whole just kinda sucks this year. Covid has just made everything so bizarre, which makes total sense why ISU is in 1st place
Take your negative nancy attitude to a Hawkeye message board. ISU has finished 3rd in the Big 12 the last 2 years. It's not bizarre at all that they can potentially break that barrier this year and compete for a title.

Lol. That’s not my point at all, but whatever.

This season on the whole will be the worst in modern history.

I mean, hopefully because that means the pandemic's over. But the upsets have been nice (and the fact that we can actually watch football).

I don’t know why you’re upset. It’s the most ISU thing ever to be in 1st place in conference in the most bizarre, terrible college football season since World War 2.

The kicker to the whole situation is losing to Louisiana, which makes it even more hilarious
