Tarique Milton Ok?

They can dress as many as they want, but Campbell limits it. Imo it's BS to players that bust their ass all week in practice and then don't get to dress for the game.
Not that I don't believe you, it just seems like they've had more dressed in years passed. I guess it gets the starters more reps in warm ups.

Can't confirm, but it would make sense that the 53 man roster rule for this year would apply for both teams. Lots of walk-ons that would be otherwise dressed.

The rule is that 53 is the minimum you need in order to play (plus specifics at certain positions).

70 is the maximum for a conference road trip, with a couple of exceptions.

For the first two home games, it looked like ISU dressed around 85-90 (of the 125 that are on the roster).

That's a valid point if consistently true. And you were a player right? If I were you I'd consider e-mailing/or contacting CMC and AD both. It would mean more coming from you. Maybe he would reconsider?

This is 2020, a weird year though.

A lot of kids are getting playing time. If you look at the participation list for each game, we have played quite a few more than each opponent. But yeah, not being able to dress after working hard would suck. I'm still curious why Jirehl Brock didn't dress for the first game or why he hasn't played yet.

I just saw the latest depth chart and Trevor Downing is listed as the starting left tackle, so that is good news. Milton is also listed as a starter.

And why not get as much participation as you can...it's a free year. As for Brock, not sure there...

Jirehl Brock was on the field for a kick return...I believe that kick ended in a touchback.

Pretty hard to get young guys like Brock in sometimes when every game is a dogfight. Let’s wax someone then get him in.

And he'll still have 4 full years left after this season. If he's okay with being patient, he'll have plenty of time to play in the future.

Especially when Breece is currently one of the what, top 5 backs in college football?

And I'd assume the coaches noticed that he gets better as the game goes on like backs often do.

I still think they need to find a way to get the ball to Kene.

It's not really my business to interject in. Coach Mac's rule for home games was if you practiced you dressed. I know from being in the locker room on Friday before home game (not in 2020 but in past years) that Campbell limits the # who dress because the dress roster was right on the board.

Didn't Kene have a big gainer that was called back due to penalty?

EDIT: yeah, I checked. He had a 31 yard rush (down to the OU 2 yard line) in the third quarter called back due to an illegal formation penalty.

Yep. Which is evidence he needs it more.

Flanker, jet sweep, something.

Our depth chart is not to be taken seriously.

I can confirm that Milton is in a sling and is doubtful this week

He's so important to our passing attack. We have an abundance of tall, athletic receivers, but it's been painfully obvious we need a slot receiver who can get open quickly. It just seems like it takes our current guys too long to get open. Brock needs that "quick hit" option.
