Will they allow us to bring in cardboard cutouts?

Forget cardboard cutouts. If the student section isn't actively working to secure about a thousand plastic baby rattles, they're missing out on a great opportunity. Hearing the annoying buzz of a student section full of rattles would seem to be a nice enhancement for key OU 3rd downs.

Doubtful. Just like paper towels, people could throw them around and make a mess so they won't allow them in..

TCU had piped in fan noise. Loud during timeouts, just a low roar once the players were set.

Vuvuzelas

But can we also get a Brock Purdy cutout similar to the Georges Niang one with moving arms to do the first down?

We got a noise complaint in high school just under 100 vuvuzelas at a football game. It was banned statewide at HS evnts in Ohio less than 2 weeks later. That was a prouder moment of mine

I thought it would be fun to carry in cutouts for the empty seats around us at the game. Will that be allowed?
