Let's see him extend the success beyond 3 years before anointing him our lord and savior. 2 of the 3 coaches preceding Campbell enjoyed similar 3-4 year stretches of success, which I have already mentioned, and the 3rd coach in that group only coached 2 years. The only thing Matt has done so far that Paul hasn't is finish in the top 3 of the conference. Even Mac did that once. I want to believe Campbell is going to continue to pull us up from the depths, but history isn't on his side, and neither is the evidence we've accrued so far this year. Forgive me for saying I'll wait to declare his reign as the greatest in school history, because right now, although it's been good, it is only tied with a handful of other guys who have produced similar runs over similar periods of time.
