From what I can read, unless the grail documents were revealed or if cokane was passed the cryptex, he couldn't know.

he only ways for her role to be revealed is if the grail documents are found, or if she is killed

They will also discover the whereabouts of the grail documents. They will have the following choices: Keep It a secret for themselves, pass the keystone to another player, destroy the keystone, or reveal it's secrets to the world (ruining the church).
