So we have two innos left who can investigate. How sure are we that Psy can’t be taken out by mafia?

What are peoples thoughts on developing a Mafia Congress? My thought was anyone who wants to run for congress can. Create a google form or poll everywhere where people can vote for the 5 people they want as the Mafia Congress. The congress can develop rules and a mayor can go to them for game advice - i.e., what do you guys think we should do with this rule, should I do a half day, etc...and need 4/5 votes to continue?
So as a community we build a Mafia Constitution, put in place the powers and rules of the Congress, then vote for the Congress.

I am not 100% sure I can't be hit but the fact they didn't use that instakill on me seals my confidence.
Also the detective revealing themself is what I've been thinking is a good idea too.
I can be the Congressman who has equal power to everyone else but doesn't really really know what they're doing. Is that a thing?
Also on this, it's not a bad idea for the detective to reveal themselves but hold onto their info for now until the doctor dies.
That way we build up information without poisoning the water hole (e.g. if detective finds mafia and says so everyone will just vote for that person, but if detective doesn't say they can track who is voting for or trying to save that person).
That's why I didn't say things right away yesterday, I wanted to see what SCNCY and Michael would do.
