Anyone have a vibe on Flowers? Announcing tomorrow and we typically have an idea of a lean at least by that point.
when/where did CW say this?i haven’t heard anything since CW said he didn’t even know of the staff wanted him.
ah i see, must have missed itThe thread he started about him?

I wonder if people would want Monte Morris transferring in since his points number wasn’t too flashy most of his career even in a fast paced offense. Sometimes there’s more to being a PG than scoring.
He averaged 12-14 his soph and junior year while shooting over 35% from 3 pt range and over 50% from 2 pt range before we even get to the Asst/To ratio.
Buggs averaged 8-9 points his soph and junior year and in his junior had a total FG pct of 36% while in the Big West. Could we use absolutely if Monte Morris was grad transfer he could have started at all but maybe 10 schools after his sophomore year and I think he would have been a starter at any school after his junior year.
Other than that..spot on.
anybody know if this guy is more of a combo or more of a pg???
Point god is just what this team needs. Won't even care about defense if we get one of them. He's a point god. Huge usage, huge shots, huge assists, good 3P%, good enough turnover percentage considering his usage. He has good size. He rebounds well. He would be my first PG choice right now.

Nothing educated as far as guesses go, but there doesn't seem to be a whole lot of smoke. I would be surprised if he picks usAnyone have a vibe on Flowers? Announcing tomorrow and we typically have an idea of a lean at least by that point.

Monte averaged 14/7/4 his jr year while quarterbacking a top 25 team most of the year. If he had chosen to grad transfer for his senior year literally every single team would’ve been ringing his phone. This is an awful take.I wonder if people would want Monte Morris transferring in since his points number wasn’t too flashy most of his career even in a fast paced offense. In a higher volume offense. I said not as good, just similar in the pure PG aspect. Morris wouldn’t have averaged as many points in a slower paced offense either, obviously.
I'm going to regret this to be sure but compared to Kane at Marshall, his numbers are better as a whole. He rebounds better, he shoots WAY better, he turns it over less, he gets to the line a touch less but he's a far better FT shooter (80+%) and he definitely shoots the 3 better. Kane is interesting because he got substantially better at everything when he came to ISU but without watching Salnave, he looks to be just as good of a prospect to make the jump because he has similar size.
I think DeAndre had much better Asst/To numbers compared to this kid from Monmouth. Kane junior year he had 118 TO’s to 213 Assists and shot 41% from the field. Monmouth kid shot 39% from the field although much better from 3 pt range. His junior year he had 84 TO’s to 98 Assists. Monmouth kid had 139 rbs his junior year while Kane had 123 rbs his junior year with three less games.
Better 3 point shooter and maybe a slight edge in rb but not nearly as good of a lead guard.
