If Born was an Iowa Stater, could he have junior/senior years similar to 6 foot Jacy Holloway, a guy Floyd tried to recruit over for 2 years and couldn't? Maybe same assists at 5-6 a game, assist/turnover of 2.4 /1, but double points at 9-12 per game.

That's a horrible comparison. Holloway would be at the top of the key with his man standing on the FT line daring him to shoot. JH was the poster boy of game managing PG. Born's a shooter with range, a scorer with hops that unfortunately is less than 6 feet tall.

Why? Whether he is a walkon or on scholly don't matter. He's still on the team and can play or whatever as a walkon.

If he deserves it yes, but there's no need to put a walkon on scholarship just to increase the scholarships #'s

I don't think Bowen Born would be a good fit at ISU. Too small, both height and physicality.

His Dad was a hell of a Cyclone though.

I agree. I am glad we got Harris also. I am just not going to use some dumb argument that Bowen is to small. Also, Harris might or might not be better than Bowen. We don't actually know yet.
