Man, how is it Ohio St is #21 ?@?
Also, what do you all think about Colorado at #12 - are they for real? They beat Dayton, but got pounded by Kansas and UCLA. Good record at 21-6

Obviously I'm biased but I don't really understand how Ohio State is ahead of Iowa in the NET rankings.

The Nebraska loss is really dragging Iowa's net down. All of tOSU's losses are inside the top 60 and as of this morning Nebraska's net is 183. I don't disagree that Iowa should be ahead but from an analytics standpoint this is why they are still ahead of them. I said it all last season but NET wasn't a complete fix but the committee pretty much seeded to it last year, especially seeds 1-6.

The Depaul game isn't helping either. They are 74th, but it was a home game and a double digit loss.

Here...is this better? They WILL be in the NCAA tournament. They still have a chance at an at large bid also. They go through the conference with 0 or 1 loss they should get an at large and be ranked in the top 20 if not top 15 in nation come the big dance
No. 29-2 or 30-1 but will still be no better than a 7 seed even though they are ranked top 20 in polls. MVC gets shafted with seeding each year

Honestly I bet they still get in. They were 36 in the NET as of yesterday. But getting smoked by the #8 seed in the conf tourney in the #11 ranked conference per Sagarin isn't a good look.

A lot of things can still happen with current bubble teams that hurt or help UNI. Going to be a long 9-10 days for them.

I don’t think it will be long for them at all. They won’t even be in the discussion. They just lost to the 167th ranked team by 21 and they are at 36th with not very many notable wins.

I don’t know a thing about UNI, but I do know a team should have more than 1 Quad 1 win to get an at-large bid.

No chance. I would have cheered for UNI in the tourney. Now I don't care. Skip the Madness pools and move on to MLB.
