Oh I guess only @Halincandenza didnt. My bad.
Most people didn't think he was one and done before getting to Ames. He was on zero draft boards.

Is Gene Keady available?
He surely wasn't a shoe in first round pick and that's why a lot of people believed he was going to be back. He could've helped his stock tremendously by coming back, but I'm certainly not faulting him for leaving and making money. He also hadn't even 100% made up his mind until a week or two after the loss against Ohio State, which definitely didn't help in trying to bring in someone who could replace a talent like him. Lindell nor Lard had made up their minds completely either.Oh I guess only @Halincandenza didnt. My bad.
Imagine seeing you blaming fans for the reason CSP won’t succeed.Imagine seeing you here
Prohm is here for atleast another , probably 2 more years. Might as well hold off discussing specific coaches until about Feb of 2022.
Lol no.I think most everyone here thought there was a good chance Talen was a one and done before he arrived to Ames.
it could be argued that prohm hasn’t sucked for 5 years straight.
but someone else might suck. Wasn’t it last year that Oklahoma sucked?
It’s tough to take anything you say seriously because we all know all you want to do is slob on Fred’s knob.Imagine seeing you blaming fans for the reason CSP won’t succeed.
Agreed. Might as well stop the Prohm hating for a while. Just the practicality of his buyout, Jamie Pollard's demonstrated history of giving a long leash to his hires (see McDermott) and Prohm's past suggests he's at least got one more year, probably 2 as you say.
I think only if Prohm gets a contract extension in the offseason should we all be bothered and start making noise again.

You should really seek medical help.CSP is your boy. Got it. Better buckle up you will have to do a lot of defending in the next 12 months.

Oklahoma went to the tournament last year.
**** fred HoibergYou must love CSP in game adjustments.
We were up two with just under 3 minutes left and Purdue made a three that hit every inch of the rim before falling through. We fell just short to the Big 10 Champs that game. I don't think Prohm got out-coached in that entire game, rather he made adjustments and his team had a phenomenal comeback but couldn't quite get it done.He definitely hasn't sucked but it could be argued he's underachieved the last 4 years. His first year could have been better but they had a pretty good regular season and the big 12 was a good as its ever been that year. I think they finished tied for 3rd with OU, who went to the final 4. Nothing wrong with the Sweet 16 obviously but in that game, Bennett coached cirlces around him, he never adjusted to Brogdan guarding Monte instead of Georges as he (and everyone but Bennett) had talked about the week leading up to the game, that completely shut our offense down. Even with that said, one of the better seasons we've had at ISU. Painter did the same in his second season, it took Prohm a half to realize that Swanigan couldn't guard Burton, by then we were in too big a hole to crawl out of. Essentially even when he has a good regular season/conference tourney, he gets outcoached when it mattered in March.
