Is Lewis injured because

I'd like to see him get a lot of minutes. I like the movement he brings on offense and he boards well. See what you've got for next year and hope more time helps him figure out the defensive end but I don't get paid the the big bucks.
I like that he has his head on a swivel offensively and that cutter down the lane to him is almost automatic.

Really happy for T Lew and Nixon honestly
Very happy for both.
I am very proud of the team for their performance without TH. They showed a lot of heart. It is obvious the team has not checked out like some of the message board fans.
Speaking of that, the crowd did good to help, down the stretch especially.
Does anyone know if KState fans are calling for Weber to be fired? Just curious. Just one year after they won the league title. Guess losing a lot of players hurt their team this year. Wonder how that could happen. ????

We had a 9 point lead when Haliburton went down. Won by 10. Nothing more than interesting.

Gotta play him. Play him instead of Jacobson, who doesn't seem to be great defensively there yet, although he plays his ass off. Those two threes by Lewis were BEAUTIFUL

I could not disagree about Jacobson's defense last night. He was so good early in the game out there on defense.

Lewis had a good game last night. But he was lost on defense several times. He made it up for it though.

Yeah, they had a hand up for sure. And the other one was deep. Don't you just have to give him extended run, especially if Tyrese is out?

Well, I mean we are almost out of players. But he got 20 minutes last night. How many more should he get?

I like the energy Lewis brings when he is in there. He is sneaky fast when he cuts to the rim. He is one of the few that when he has a bunny or drive to the rim makes it nearly every time and he seems to be a good FT shooter. :) On the other hand every time he doesn't score, the other team wins because he seems to get lost on the defensive end on a regular basis.:(

It seemed (and I could be wrong) that you were pretty dismissive about the effort after Tyrese came out.

I may have been, but it was a tough comment to make, because I could have easily seen others make the assumption that I was dismissing Haliburton’s importance, and an assumption like that would have been way off.

If I were to expand more on what I said, the most interesting thing (to me) is that I though the team played “better” with Bolton on the bench. The game was iced when he wasn’t out there.

I think it's clear that Lewis isnt the answer to right the ship back to winning, but at the same time he can help this team with scoring. Just wish the was a little consistency when it came to his playing.

Seems like more people on here care about being right then they do about being happy for a young man who has waited for his chance to shine and finally getting it. You just hate to see that. Those of you falling into this category should be ashamed.

Was great seeing T-Lew knock down some big shots. He's definitely going to get the opportunity to show what he can do over the next few games.

This is Lewis's moment to shine. There are a ton of minutes available now that Tyrese looks to be out on Wednesday and Lewis needs to be ready to go. He's going to have to play a lot and he's going to have to play well for us to win.

We do not have the talent to compete with the top of the league this year. Haliburton is our best player. After his injury, several other players stepped up, and the whole team showed grit. I choose to be happy for the kids and I really appreciate what I consider to be a gutty performance. I did not see any quit in our team. Although I find it odd, you apparently do not. Everyone entitled to their opinion.

I remember looking at the score at the under 12 timeout and saying that I was shocked we had led the entire second half.

I didn’t make the comment I made to diminish anything the guys who were on the floor after Haliburton left the game accomplished. It was exactly the opposite. As you mention, and I agree in post 950, Haliburton is our best player. In post 950, I did explain that I was trying to be careful with the post of mine you quoted because I thought some might misinterpret it.
