This will never happen, but it would be nice to have Manning move back to coaching the o-line and then hire an OC that can also coach the tight ends. This would eliminate Jeff Myers, but would free up a coaching spot. Also, let D.K. McDonald coach all of the secondary, not just the safeties, and then make Matt Caponi special teams coach, or replace him with someone who has experience with special teams.

Since UCF got Golesh from us, we should try to hire their special teams coach, Nick Toth. He's a good coach.

What about Atif Austin? The guy coached 4 National Championships at NDSU. Helped coach RBs on the Super Bowl winning New England Patriots staff, and is Special Teams coordinator and RB Coach at NIU now. I'm sure he would jump at the chance to come to Ames and would be a good fit. Manning could coach tight ends and Atif would inherit Breece Hall!
