If you trot out a 4 guard lineup against KU their 2 big lineup will eat us alive inside. It might work if Tre would start making some 3's but without that they would eat us alive.
KU will eat this team alive no matter what they trot out there.

Should Conditt start?
I honestly don't care who starts. The problem is MJ and Solo haven't given us any thing, so in my opinion whether they start or come in for George if he were to start, the person who is playing best is going to get the minutes.
Something I liked last night was CSP stuck with what was working with that line up.
Zion not being where we needed this year is killing us as much as Jacobsen's regression. Couple that with poor shooting and terrible perimeter defense and you have the unbreakable problem we currently face. THT would have made a monster difference for this team.
Hali, Nixon, Burton, THT, Conditt is a line up that could compete IMO.
Ya Zion has left a lot to be desired and was injured last year. I agree completely about Conditt. I think it's unfair to say Prohm can't develop players. Jacobsen last year (what the hell happened?) Shayok, Nader, Burton, and Monte all showed great improvement under Prohm.Which makes me wonder if Prohm can develop players or put them in situations that play to their strengths. Prohm told Conditt he should of played him more last year. I think the same could be said about Zion.
I’m thinking Jacobson must have some issues going on we don’t know about because his value on the floor is about that of a 4 year old.

How many analytics guys have coached college or pro ball? Analytics are a tool not the end all. Post touches are a critical element of any half court offense. Just as important as quality 3 point shooters. The play off each other.

Well in 48 hours you will get to watch a team running an elite high/low 2 big post offense.. Maybe we can all hope that Prohm scouting KU will wake up and actually try to implement the KU offense.. who am I kidding.
We are running same spread offense we’ve always run accept now we put MJ on the 3pt line..
Literally I could run 3-4 offensive sets that would be far more effective for far less $$
I wish someone like Zion, Tre or Terrance would step up because then I think a lineup of 1 of them plus RB, TH, GC and PN would be a pretty good lineup to go small with.
Zion had a nice drive yesterday but instead of attacking the rim, he got in the lane and tried to pass it out, but it was stolen (Grill did this same thing). If Zion could get an attacking mentally I think he would be a lot better.

Has Jacobsen regressed or is he just not surrounded by as much offensive talent? A lot easier to score when the other team has to scheme around Shayok, THT, and Wigginton. Opens up a lot for role players.
