As much as I appreciate the coaches taking us from where we were a few years ago, they need to have a hard evaluation of themselves this offseason. Thoroughly out coached in plenty games. Penalties, turnovers, it’s all comes down to coaching. Hope they can improve themselves.

Campbell has proven he has no problem replacing players, no matter who they are, when they are underperforming. Let's hope he can do the same with the coaching staff because tom manning is really bad. Absolutely horrible game plan that he had a month to prepare and absolutely no adjustments.

Really???? I would say just the opposite is true. For me he is very reluctant to make personnel changes.
Can you give some examples of when he was quick to change players?

Find and pay someone who can develop an offensive line. There is nobody to fire on the special teams because I don’t think we practice those so better dedicate someone for that. Sorry Heacock people figured out your defense you need to adjust and change it up.

Have any of you posters screaming for change ever thought we are simply outmanned vs Notre Dame? ISU feels good if we get 2 or 3 four star players per recruiting class. Here's the number of four star players in Notre Dames last 5 classes.
2019= 11
2018=12
2017=7
2016= 5 +1 five star
2015=13
Oh, and there was not a single two star in any of these classes.

The majority of the teams we play have better talent than us when you look at recruiting rankings. Today we were just completely outcoached.

Apparently we stopped trusting the process. Campbell is good to go. We just need to adjust and get more talent. Notre dame still is clearly more talented than we are. Yeah we can pull some upsets like we did a few years ago against 5 star OU. However Brian Kelly is a seasoned coach with more talent.

Going back to November of last year this team has been undisciplined and failed to do simple things that a guy with zero stars can do every time.

That's a problem the coaches need to correct.

It won't matter if the O-Line doesn't improve. This was this staffs calling-card at Toledo, but at ISU it has been bad.

The discipline of the team is what is worrisome. So many penalties, drops, and turnovers. That’s coaching.

The OL was serviceable this year, that is with 4 seniors with lots of starts. There is no excuse for what we saw today.

O-line was not any worse than anyone else today. Can’t say any unit played well. Offense or defense. No one made plays. Zero emotion. Needed someone to step up, but no one did. Makes me question leadership on this team.
