Texas Game Memories

Tomorrow’s game is going to bring back memories of last years game. Thanks to Sports Fanatics and Seneca I got to go to Austin all expenses paid. Austin did not disappoint. The game was not the best outcome but I loved every second of it and met some awesome isu fans on the flight then again at the game. Hopefully tomorrow is a different outcome.

Love those highlights, we were setting in our usual seats with my sons, and future daughter in law, she is a UT graduate, hard core UT fan. The look on her face as ISU took it to Texas that night was priceless.

She got her revenge last year in Austin, and believe me, she let us know it.

Lets repeat the magic tomorrow, leaving at 5:30, Go Cyclones.

My first memory of ISU v Texas was before ISU was competitive with them. I recall Todd Blythe getting his helmet ripped off from behind by the defender. Defender grabbed the bottom of his face mask and pulled his helmet completely off in full view of the ref. No flag on the play for PI or face mask. Good times.
