2. traveling will be enforced particularly on the post and with step-back jumpers which effectively won't be allowed
3. defenders will not be allowed to undercut jump shooters
4. shooters will not be allowed to leg kick
5. flopping will be a foul - no more Wigg's head-bobs, sitting down on a charge, or Marcus Smart-like flopping after shot
6. piling on any player on the floor regardless the circumstances will be a foul
7. shot clock resets to 20-secs after offensive rebound
8. three-point line moved to international distance

We call them Frank Mason head-bobs here.

I can live with that if they are enforced consistently.

It drives me crazy when a player has position in the lane and they let a bigger stronger player push him out of the way to get rebound, or, when the bigger player has the ball they let him back him down a smaller defender on the dribble.

5. I'll believe they will actually call a foul for flopping when I see it.
6. I have been questioning for years why the scrum on the floor for a loose ball hasn't resulted in more fouls when someone jumps on top of another player.

One rule change I want is the kicked ball rule. The offense throws a bad pass, the defender stops the ball with his foot, and the offense gets the ball back? This makes no sense. Just play on. Why stop the game? Are they afraid a soccer game is going to break out?

I agree on #6. Can't believe jumping on a player and then grabbing the ball is a jump ball. I believe the refs favorite two calls are charges and jump balls.

Uh, yeah. Kicking the ball is not part of the game.

LOL. Whatever the case, we can all applaud that theater going silent.

Yeah, I hate it. Often times the offensive player is pushing off down low while throwing their head back like they got punched in the face.

Surly, we need one more. The head coach can not scream at the top of their lungs when the opposing is at the foul line.

Step back jumpers aren't traveling. That's a ******** rule if it's an automatic travel. It's a great move that every high school kid is practicing.
So wrong. The player gets the ball and thus establishes his pivot. He then drops back one foot followed by the other and that's traveling, pure and simple unless he somehow jump-stops backward which is tough gymnastics.

A flop isn't necessarily a foul. If there's not enough contact to call a block or charge, the official can call a "delay of game" on the player.

The delay warnings are cumulative against the team. It doesn't have to be 2 warning on the same player. Player A gets a DG warning (team warning #1), then later Player B gets a DG warning (team warning #2 = technical foul).

They are almost always dribbling though and they don't establish their pivot until the gather is done. I'll have to read the rule.
