A lot of space to the west and NW of Stephens. Area to place stuff along the drive west of fisher and Stevens. When I was in school Hilton was THE concert venue. Wells Fargo hadn’t been built. Start getting some of those things back.

Coupled with the hotel you are probably talking about losing at least C3, C4, D1, and D2.
I like all of it except for the elevated center ring.

To create a P/L feel it can’t be close enough to JTS imo. It’s kind of a shame JTS isn’t closer to Hilton.
Wow I was so wrong but after seeing the designs I couldn't be happier to be wrong!
I like it and hope they do it, but still very skeptical on just how successful it would be. Hopefully it would be though. Have my doubts how many investors/businesses would want to get in on it.

While I dont think that location is as big as some think, I dont think you have the zoom levels the same, its about twice the size or so as the picture shows, if you use the measuring tool. The press release also seems to say they plan to include much more than what is there.
