Nick didn’t have the athleticism of Grill and he was a problem off the court. I don’t see the similarities on this one at all.
Blame Cydkar. He’s the one who responded to my optimistic post saying it’s not happening.
So does anyone else see Leech de-committing because of this signing? Something feels very off here.
I just said “welcome to Iowa State, Caleb. I love his athleticism. Hopefully we can get one of the big 3 and it will have been a good spring.”

Good call. I thought it was a good opportunity to prove not everything I say is negative so I jumped on it before realizing it was sarcasm.
This I believe is key. I just don’t think we are a program that can have 1-2 1-and-done or 2-and-done kids. We need to build the model that we saw in the final 4 teams. Keep kids in the program for 3 years minimum. I believe this class and last year’s class fit this mold, with continued development.
Leech chose isu because isu stuck with him through the injury when most all other major programs pulled their offers. I dont see that happening. Every decent program has competition at every position.

I have to give you credit. You found a shtick and no matter how much evidence there is that it's unfunny and played to death, you just keep going after it.
Not sure if this really moves the needle were looking like toughness and hustle could be a big problem with this squad. Does anybody know if Enyi has any basketball background? We should really be looking at what CMC has done and see if he’s let Prohm use a couple of his guys.

Good surprise but I guess it wouldn't have been much of a surprise if I knew he was an ISU fan to begin with. I think this is a kid with some development could a really good player. Good kid to have for the future.
