Time to mix it up.

Underwear today, no underwear tomorrow, clown suit on Saturday, boxers and a football helmet on Sunday, tube sock on Monday.

Make the wellness-checkers have to draw straws to see who gets stuck checking on ya.
You might want to avoid wearing cammie fatigues as one of your door opening options...

Psssst.....I think @ImJustKCClone is back!)

When KC comes home
For good
She's the pride of the neighborhood
She's the raw flame
The live wire
She prays like a Cyclone with her eyes on fire

(My apologies to Steely Dan, the song just jumped into my head when I typed that line)
Yes, I am. And I am now officially caught up. On THIS thread. Oy!

So we had my manager and another team member in town. The team member's flight was cancelled earlier this morning and he had to get home because his son was in the hospital with a breathing tube down his throat.
I asked what happened (if he didn't mind) and he said "freshman in college and in a fraternity"
I don't get it, when are these kids going to learn to stop pouring alcohol down other kids throats? We've seen far too many of these incidents in the last few years.

Cowgirl and wxman, I feel for you both. I know that feeling of having a sick kid and my heart hurts for you and your young ones. My oldest just got out of the hospital with a ruptured appendix and I hate that feeling of your child not being him/herself. Prayers for quick recoveries.

I was invincible once.

I felt like I was fairly mild-mannered compared to some of my friends, but I still did some really stupid stuff.

I try telling my daughter that I don't expect her to always use her head when she gets older, but I constantly reinforce the fact that there's a big difference between dumb and deadly. She's quickly approaching the driving age, and my threats against texting and driving will not subside as long as there is breath in my lungs.

LOL, that "Are ISU athletes allowed to cheat on tests" thread lasted longer than I thought. I got locked out mid-post. I had about 10 posts lined up in my mind.

I like how he said 'there is an athlete that sits behind me' but had no idea on who it was or even what sport he played. I can only assume they were in uniform.
I can only remember having one athlete in any of my classes and it was Marc Urquhart who was a pre-med major on an academic scholarship. Why couldn't I have had Lafester Rhoads in more classes?

Maybe he pulled up to class in his new sports car, wearing expensive shoes, with a wad of cash and a prostitute on his arm.

I was in class and had to meet with this girl for a project who had to leave early. She wore her basketball uniform.

Out of curiosity, just asked my husband if he had any athletes in his classes. Says he believes he had Darren Davis in one of them.
