How the holy **** do we have just shy of a grand in the kids’ school lunch account? Oldest must not have ate at all during wrestling.

I attended Waldorf College for the first two years. Total cost back then was about $3000 per year, I got an Iowa Tuition Grant that paid a third. Then went to Iowa State (and lived off-campus) and paid $275 per semester for tuition. That might buy a book or two today.

Cash back program...is the mob running your cafeteria?

I don't know, maybe i got signed up for the free and reduced lunch program somehow. Usually what happens is after asking several questions and the other side being adamant that they are right with the amount, I will have the wife take the amount out. She will then proceed to spend it in about 24 hours and about a week later, I will get a call saying there was an error and I need to get the funds back in immediately.

So it is your wife colluding with the school administration.

Throw some flax seed meal and protein in there, Bro!!

Not sure what Flax seed meal is. Sounds like weeds I kill in the field. I think the old kidney stones were from not enough fluids and too much protein in my diet, so I'm trying to lighten things up. Want to shave a few of the winter pounds off. Finally decided to do something about it.

Fun fact, there's no rental cars in Bermuda for tourists. So this is my rental "car" for the week.

If you're ever renting one, don't slap the thing and say "What's the top speed of this bad boy" during the safety course. That's how you almost don't get to rent one lol. :D

At least you got one with a big enough seat for two, just incase #lustisreal some night.

I can’t remember the exact breakdown of pricing per meal, but we did a couple character buffets that our bill was close to $400 (included alcoholic drink) but the balance was zero because of the meal plan that we had already paid for. With the meal plan we still had to pay 18% gratuity on every sit down meal because we were a party of 6.

I'm really curious how this works. I've done at least a vague research on this. For our tiny group of 3 for 3 days (1park/day) during the off season I can swing the mid range meal plan for Disney costs averaging 2.3-3.2k. I haven't bothered looking into the travel costs yet.

How do the character/sit down meals work? I did learn where I can see the menus and the meal plan is the best way to go to eat at those places. YIKES $$$

That feeling you get when you are eating lunch at your desk and you look over half of a second too late to catch the spoon before it falls into your soup.

Although the reaction might be different for some of us older folks -- they might need to reassure us that we won't go flying off around turns.
