Last fall my FIL invited me to go to Vegas over spring break with him and my BILs. I declined because at the time I was planning to be taking classes for my MBA right now. Turns out that was a great decision because they are now driving out and back because they want to golf.

Going to a place with legal hookers and that gives lots of free drinks with in-laws? That seems like “bad idea” is plastered all over it.

Especially one's that you don't have a ton in common with. 46 hours in the car...no bueno.

Was invited to wife’s bro’s Bach party right after we got married. KNew they would hit shakers, get bombed and good chance things that aren’t my style would happen. I saw 0 fun or positives out of this. Apparently BIL chewed my wife out later saying she won’t let me do things with him and others, in actual I felt they are a bunch of babied, immoral teenage acting guys who I have nothing in common with or care to be around.

Going to my first bachelor party next month. They decided on New Orleans. It's pretty much half of my old freshman dorm floor. Should be a good time.

Oh and we're throwing him a 45min parade through the French Quarter with a brass band and police escort. Because you can do that in New Orleans for $1000 lol

See what you get for being smart? I guess next time you'll know better.

So I went home, opened the furnace and was surprised how clean it was. Could not see the ignition sensor for the life of me. Turned it on and it worked just fine. Only thing I did was change the filter. House is back to a balmy 66.

Did you check the exhaust pipe outside? Warm enough that snow blocking it may have melted. Could have a bad ignitor also. If it fails X times, it will shout itself down. Also had an exhaust fan not start each time and that gave the same problem.

In other words I can suggest a bunch but have no clue.

Remember, not all strippers are prostitutes and not all prostitute can strip very well. So best to line them up separately.

Also, spend extra for better looking strippers. By the time you get to the hookers, you will be drunk enough that they will be cuter.

Yeah. China has grounded all of them in country as well as one other airline. Boeing also just delayed the roll out of the new 777X from the 13th due to this.

This ain't good. They are basically stonewalling on their system causing one accident and most likely another in what is looking to be almost identical circumstances. The first one was bad enough where their response is "If the system is trying to kill you than here's a workaround you can try." Hell, we couldn't buy romaine lettuce after 60 people got sick and no one even died.

If it is a green arrow...you are authorized to turn left, with due caution. It does not mean creep out and if the other guy does not go, then you go after an awkward stare down. American drivers license standards must not mean much anymore.
Also, on a green light where you still have to yield while waiting to turn left, you can be a good fellow and pull a car length or two into the intersection so that your fellow citizens one and two cars behind you can get through the intersection before it is red. Iowa nice.

Not sure what it is in Iowa but in other states, if you're the first car, you can pull out on a solid green to the middle of the intx to wait for traffic and clear if it goes red.

Actually, that should be the assimilated courtesy in Iowa also.....it seems to be lost knowledge.

I just give it hell and see what happens. Then again, I drive beater pickups and most people are scared to hit me since it appears I’m too poor to have insurance.

Red light, yellow light, green light, turn arrow, they are all suggestions.
