Lol. If you're basing your claim of "most talented" on what a couple halftime analyst said back in January, and some commentators who can't pronounce the guys' name correctly, then that's on you.

Come on now. We’re duke level crazy talented.

So is he saying Tyrese got attention but has stayed the course, and the others couldn't handle it, or that Tyrese started thinking more of himself than deserved?

Imo Tyrese is still running around out there playing like other players matter and it's tough to tell with others.

Well this is a real **** show. Some thoughts:

1. It takes 1.5 gin and tonics to not really care about last night. Start drinking everyone!

2. Honestly this fighting team thing is much more entertaining than a regular team that sucks.

Seriously this team is broken and all are to blame. But up until February 1st, this team was fine. I think it’s important to remember that the team was ok in the past. Something happened and they broke.
I didn't care and I was sober. I bet on WVU and never had a doubt. I still want us to win but it ain't happening so making some spending money never hurts.

So Texas Tech lost 6 of their top 8 scorers from last season. They do have pro-player Culver as Sophmore & Moretti Sophmore. Then added 2 Senior grad transfers in Mooney from South Dakota and Owens from St Johns. Odiase is only senior who plays who has been there for 4 years.

I would say they do have a chemistry and consistency from Beard getting players who fit into and buy into his system. But really only play 1 guy who have been there more then 2 years.

Interesting...so this is also possibly a coach with a vision/plan for which players' skill sets fit others'.

That's one question I've been asking...who on ISU compliments each other for skill sets? There's players with similar skills that are high level, but I don't see them playing off of each other.

I’m assuming in your first paragraph it was the first sentence.

My bad, how foolish of me to think that I could simply post on a fanatic website without first consulting with the guy who spends his life on here and is thus more relevant than everyone else. Thanks for checking me oh wise one.

Yeah definitely an alt.

I think he is saying Tyrese handled it and it didn't affect his play. Meanwhile, other guys got distracted by it. Pretty easy to come to conclusions on maybe who.

These kids need to stop worrying about the nba and focus on their schooling and school ball. Exactly why I’m all for making it permanent that kids must play 4 years of college ball to get to the nba. It would put an end to all of this ego **** about draft stock.

I think that is a good point. We have similar skill sets that aren't necessarily conducive to an overall TEAM concept (offensively). Offensively I don't think we do compliment each other, while I do think we have overall skills necessary to play better D as a team. TT seems to fill spots according to what TEAM needs. Also watch most TT games and see who Beard is most actively yelling at...Culver the star player. Everyone is accountable.

Interesting. Would you also want the NBA to get rid of their draft age limit rule or do you want guys like Zion Williamson to have to play four years of college basketball?

I prefer college basketball, so I’d love to see Zion play 4 years at duke.

Btw, in tying the WVU loss and next TT game together...WVU scored 54 points in first half last night. They scored 50 the entire game against TT. In last 8 conference games teams have averaged 59 total points against TT. We better play better D because we'll be lucky to get to 70.

I cant help but laugh at those of you bringing up the possibility of canning Prohm after this season. You dont fire a coach who has made the NCAAs. Not a good look going forward in potential searches. Not to mention our AD who gives his hires more chances than Prohm gives Lard. It took three years of 3 wins or less football for Jamie to take any action.

Prohm will be here next year.

Probably the phrase of the thread right there. Sums it up.
