How can this be? I was told in yesterday's game thread that JP's scheduling of Drake cost us the Alamo Bowl bid.

We got this game because our football team is pretty damn good and our fans are pretty damn good.
Now our fans need to make up for the bad support in the last two home games and show up in Texas. It's honestly not a terrible drive. We did it for the NCAAS tournament. I've been checking out hotels and there are reasonable rates to be had on the Riverwalk.
