There are some weird people in this world.....hopefully the "things" he is doing are nice things.
Interesting fact in our family. I'm one of six siblings. My sister is the only lefty. Each of our first born children is left-handed, except my lefty sister's.
That will undoubtedly have great weight with her. I'm myself considering incorporating some of your posts as references in legal briefs. etc. I'm wondering about the proper blue book citation for a KC post.Feel free to show her my post!
Where is this occurring? Iowa does outlaw sex acts with a human corpse, but there's noting on ghosts, souls, or spirits.

709.18. Sexual abuse of a corpse
Currentness
1. A person commits sexual abuse of a human corpse if the person knowingly and intentionally engages in a sex act, as defined in section 702.17, with a human corpse.
2. A person who violates this section commits a class “D” felony.
He’s cremated and I dumped his ashes in the Pacific Ocean (and a little bit on my legs. And probably a little bit in the sandwiches of the family having a picnic on the beach because there was a strong wind gust.) so it’s definitely of the ghostly kind.
Maybe he possessed the sandwich family and moved them to MC.
The afterlife doesn’t sound too bad if you are stilling getting busy.
Yeah. I meant where does the recipient of the alleged ghostly...uhm..whatever...reside? That would be the jurisdiction.
And you realize that discussion of ghostly sex is likely to summon some JLH gifs, right?

My first car was a 1983 Rx7 just like this one. That thing was like driving a tin can down the road. It had a vacuum leak somewhere that we could never find so anytime I pushed the clutch and the brake at the same time I had to hold the choke out or else it would die. That car would have been really fun to drive if I could have ever got it to run right.
Yep, last night was gorgeous (albeit quite windy.) I was wearing a tiny tank top and some denim shorts, but I'm thinking that's the last use I'll get out of that combo this calendar year.
Today it is crazy how much colder it is.
Fun fact: we don’t actually have a statute like that in Wisconsin (or st least we didn’t when I looked quick). Instead we could just use the regular sexual assault statute since Wisconsin is an affirmative consent state and corpses can’t consent
Another fun fact. Iowa didn't have a bestiality statute until 2001. I once had some frustrated Deputies who were shocked that the most they could charge a guy with for breaking into the sheep barn with lovin' on his mind was trespass. That case didn't inspire passage of the 2001 statute, though-- there was a widely reported case at HAWKEYE Community College.
