Age is starting to creep up on him. My bold prediction this year is that Brady will hit the wall this year similar to Manning in 2015Brady will do what he always does and make average players look good. Cordarrelle Patterson has been getting some attention during their camp this year. Maybe he's finally putting it all together.

I'm in the same boat. If it were any other team, there would be sirens going off, but with Brady and Belichick you just don't know.I've been saying the same thing for the last few years. I'm tired of him proving me wrong every single season. I do agree that eventually he'll hit the wall and it it gloriously ******* hard, but I'm done saying this is the year.

It's all in play. Brady could finally look his age and the whole thing could fall apart or the Pats might have another two or three Super Bowls in them. I'm just done betting against them. Look at the field in the AFC South. Do you really see any team besides the Steelers that really looks ready to overtake New England? Because I sure don't.
Sure looks to me like the road to the playoffs will be much easier in the AFC than the NFC.

Money well spent? Five years, 95 million. 65 million in guarantees although the report didn't break down what was fully guaranteed and what's guarantd against injury.
IDK. I think the term "mercurial" was invented for OBJ.
Edit: Here is what Adam Schefter is reporting about Aaron Rodgers contract:
Curious to see how it affects their cap. That's a big contract.

You would think it has to clean them out for this season. Over the Cap says Green Bay has a little over $11 million in cap space. Rodgers previous deal was $19.8 million this season which accounted for 11% of the Packers entire cap space. If he is guaranteed $65+ million this season, then that not only wipes out their remaining cap space this but means they have to find around $30 million additional funds. I am very curious to see how that plays out with the 53 man roster.
That's a good point. Clay Matthews is due 11.3 million this season and hasn't been all that great of a player for a while now. Maybe he's one of the high profile players who will find himself looking for work after Sept. 1.
