Just got invited to a watch party for the game against TOE with people from church...if I don't end up actually going to the game I may have to rethink my language. I doubt calling the refs dirty little whores in that environment is appreciated.

Way back it was a game warden commercial "Wear the badge of authority! Arrest violators!"

That is actually the nickname my friends gave me in college. I had gone to the US Navy before school, so I was older than most of my college friends. I also made many suggestions on how they needed to stay out of jail, so I was and am "Oldman."

Just found out my next project coming up at the beginning of October through mid-January will be in Scottsdale. Another winter in a warm place! I haven't seen snow in 3 years

Hey, RTT peeps - the non-con basketball games have been announced (although not the times). We will still be in Oahu for the first game after the tournament (vs Omaha). We have three corner balcony (and a parking tag). Would anyone like to use them?

My wife can turn a two minute conversation she had at work into a 30 minute story. I'll hear every word, verbatim, that was said. What she was thinking. What she thinks the other person was really thinking. What she thinks the other person could also have been thinking about. What the other person was wearing, in detail. And what kind of looks they were getting from people nearby.

Just got notice that youth football practice is cancelled due to rain. Proves that the one now in charge never played football (besides the fact that it was a low probability due to them being female), because anyone who has ever played knows it is the most fun to play football in the mud.
