Not sure what you mean but they're gonna have a second career fair instead of just one. A week apart. So a lot? Or do you mean my company?
I think this year they're probably gonna break records and it might be successful for a year or two. Then there's definitely gonna be a "better" career fair where the good candidates and companies go to and from the career fair that "second rate" companies and candidates go to. It's so stupid.
There was those pre days for each individual major but I wouldn't call those Engineering Fairs. This is having two of those massive all inclusive fairs. Those individual major pre fairs will still probably be in place

The current city guy may be one of the worst I've ever seen in the position. They hired him one extra person and at the same time, he still gets less done than the previous ones. He usually spends time trying to figure out how he can find work for his side business or meets with you during work time to make a bid for you. But hey, he's local and in this town, it means you have to know more and be better than anybody else since you came from here.
