Anyone surprised by this has not been paying attention the last five years or so. Posted this in another thread earlier today:
"Here's the points we have scored in Waco in the last five trips there: 42, 41, 47, 51, 39."
Bill has done more for ISU and the program than any bad season could ever erase. He's a lifer. He has a lot of talent coming in (including a top 20 recruit) next year. It'll be fine.
I don't share your optimism. But don't worry I have virtually no say in the matter one way or the other. I do have season tickets, for now.Bill has done more for ISU and the program than any bad season could ever erase. He's a lifer. This. People are being shocked by this are living in delusion. We aren't the only team that Baylor does this to.
Only win down in Waco was the first ever meeting when big 12 play began Feb. 5, 1997.
Sad but true.. wouldn't surprise me one bit of he came out and blamed Emily in the post game presser.. that is something that bill needs to STOP doing.. NOW. it really loses its effectiveness if you constantly call out players..I guessing this is probably the senior’s fault
We shouldn't be surprised and this is actually what is wrong with women's college basketball.. the difference between the have and the have nots is too large.. and there are really only a small few real "haves" in the sport and they traditionally dominate the sport.. Which is not healthy for it as a whole.
I have season tickets and will continue to buy them for at least as long as bill is the coach ... While I don't agree with everything he does, we do have a good recruiting class coming in and am very optimistic about the future if someone can convince him that iso is not the best way to run an offense with the talent differece between the programs
80-35 around 7min to go
