I usually don't brown my roasts, either. Too much mess for children who won't eat much of it anyway.

Yesterday the promo at the WBB game was Star Wars. The 12yr old dressed up as Princess Leia. She got 2 free shirts out of the deal.

Besides my husband, she is the most excited to see the new movie. A new company took over the old theater space in the North Grand mall, now it has the reclining seats and beer/wine/spirits and food/appetizers. Also reserved seating. They have to decide it they want to watch it there or go to a similar theater down in Altoona to see it.

We have our tickets already. Reserved seating is nice!

Not exactly sure.
Don't have to play Santa this year, that is nice. Remembered this morning because I was told that woman that seemed to get a little too friendly with santa is now separated from her husband. Maybe the third time will be the charm for her, but she is loony so who knows.

So IDK if there's a thread on this or not and I don't feel like digging it up, but I just found out that the guy who posted the twitter clip accusing an Iowa State student of attacking Pemsel is my cousin. And since I'm pretty sure Deanvogs is the one who posted that clips to Twitter....
Well you can't pick your relatives. Just your friends, nose and seat.

The old B&B Theater by my house was revamped this past year with reclining leather seats, an upgraded sound system, new lobby and a re-paved parking lot. They also sell better food and drinks. I love the reserved seating. The improvements they made have made them a much better option than going to Cinemark or AMC. I'd honestly drive farther if I needed to.

Extra bonus: at Costco, they sell 4 $25 gift cards for $80. Considering how easy it is to go through $100 at a movie theater, saving $20 a pop is awesome.

Unfortunately, I'm going to have to stay away from Star Wars spoilers for a week. We'll be in Urbandale this weekend celebrating my Dad's birthday and having our family Christmas. I tried to convince the family to go to the ISU/UNI game and then the movie, but they wanna talk and stuff instead. ;)

But try using a 30 degree dildo, probably not to comfortable.

At wrestling meet, (a family walks in with a vibrating Massager) a mom says look, those people (another family that feels they are more important than the rest) brought their own vibrator and they probably aren't going to share.

I told her it's called a Massager and that most people don't like to share their vibrators most likely.
Are we talking angle or temp?

Was reading an article as I wrapped up my last library Sunday of the calendar year. Had my plans written out for the next few days, and then THUD. This thing crashed right in front of me:

Hmm, a 12" x 12" glue-on acoustic tile -- they missed a glue spot in the center, and you might want to humidify.

So the vixen and I are rolling up our sleeves this weekend.....on Dec. 20, 4 of our 5 daughters (and their families) are coming to Iowa for Christmas. That will mean an extra 13 people in the house for the holidays. It has been many years since we have been able to do this, sadly Alana and Ryan won't make it. (She is a pediatrician in Seattle and gets little time off.)

We are thankful, to be sure - but I am looking forward to Dec. 30, an Iowa State bowl game, and peace and quiet.
FIVE daughters?? And I thought I had it rough.

I was guessing temp. Not something I've used so I'm not sure of the different specs out there. Although, I do have to ask if it's a can opener. At the Christmas party the host showed me his can opener he got from Greece, said they are all over over there. Basically a dildo looking bottle opener. I grabbed the twist tops so I wouldn't have to use it.
