If you can't hack it as even a game manager with Michigan talent, no thanks.
I saw him play sparingly but he looked more cross eyed than Harbaugh in crucial moments.
Would he even consider going somewhere to be a backup QB? Seems like as a Grad transfer he'd be wanting something near a guaranteed starting position.
I think we should focus on Noland and hope he can play 3 productive years for usLooks like Michigan QB Wilton Speight will transfer. If he's a grad transfer he would be an interesting option for Campbell to consider.

You'd think that all it would take to land a top-of-the-line QB at Michigan would be to put a picture of Tom Brady and Giselle up for his recruiting visit. You would think a place like Michigan would have all capable qbs on the roster, but apparently not.

I'd think he'd want some assurance that he'd be the starter but I guess if he'd be happy just coming in and getting the chance to compete for the starting spot and if Noland wins then we'd have a pretty experienced backup.Yeah, I agree in that I think Noland is the starter next year. But if you assume Park isn't coming back (not saying he isn't...like everyone else, I have no idea), then by standing pat then next season they go into the season with Noland, redshirt freshman Devon Moore who spent all of 2017 rehabbing from a knee injury, and true freshman Re'al Mitchell.
I'm not knocking Moore or Mitchell, but it would be nice to have an experienced one or two year stopgap who can push Noland and provide some insurance.
But it mostly depends on what happens with Park. If he comes back then they're fine. If he doesn't then I think they'll look to add a juco or grad transfer, preferably a grad transfer with some PT at a P5 school under his belt.

Jacob Park? Why do you ask haha, this was in reaction to the Name Wilton Speight being brought up as a potential TransferIs this Park's dad or his grandpa?
