That game was fixed

I say we had a million chances to not put ourselves in that situation and yet we did. This program needs to turn around and stop complaining about officiating . There are going to be bad calls in some games and we need to deal with it. I think it all started with the unsportsmanlike conduct.

Even with the bad officiating we probably still win if we run twice, that is what actually bothers me more than the officiating. We have a slim margin and that includes coaching. If we hadn't gone for two instead of kneeling they would have had to kick too. This one, sad to say, is on the staff.

I may get perma banned for this, But. . . ..

Somebody call the big twelve and ask if they want their pecker back. That screw job was so rough and nasty, I'm pretty sure they broke their pecker right off in our rear end.
lol after all the posts I've read in here you're worried about this getting you banned? You are 100% safe....and 100% factual

ISU has to win a game by the f'ing touchdowns to actually come out ahead on the scoreboard in this league. No matter what this team does, the refs (the conference) will always make sure the right team wins. How many times you have to see this happen?

I have been viewing these forums for a few seasons, and posting for just a fraction of one, but there is one thing i cam say for certain. No fanbase in America understands the rule book or officiating less than ours. That last PI non call was 100% correct. Have I seen that incorrectly ruled PI in the past? Yes. Did the officials get it right here? Yes. The defender had excellent position and clearly turned his head and made a play on the football.
Lol. You are obviously not an ISU fan.

Yes, we go overboard at some things, but there is a reason we have more apology letters than any other school. And, yes, that was PI.

So you are saying that a DB can just tackle a WR, while holding down his arms...with the ball in the air...as long as he turns his head a little to look back? Are you f'ing kidding? Truth is you can't say anything for "certain" if that is your clueless interpretation of the rules. I can guarantee you, nowhere does it say the DB can tackle the WR as long as he turns his head while doing so....he made no "play" on the ball, he simply looked back while tackling Lazard. Watch the dang replay, its as clear a case of PI as you'll ever find...textbook.

I remember when we beat TCU someone posted a meme that showed a tornado sucking up the OU and TCU logos, something I think was found on reddit. Someone needs to bring that back up and edit it with a ref in the background flagging it with a speech bubble saying "personal foul, unnecessary winning"

My problem isn't necessarily the fact they threw the ball, I mean a 1st down and it's over. My problem was we were getting at least 5 yards a run. Their defense was tired. If we run two times we probably actually do get the first down. At worst, we burn all TOs making it more difficult.

However, this ref bs needs to stop. It is blatantly obvious that the big 12 wants nothing to do with seeing Iowa State succeed. I don't know if I can stomach watching another season of this. This is easily the best team Iowa State has ever had. An 11-1 school for sure if the big 12 didn't hate us so much. Instead, 7-5 and no one will remember it. Rip high volume recruits, rip long term success....rip Iowa State

This is a good team but far from the best team ISU has ever had. Next year's team should be better.

Which official were you in the game? If that was not PI on the defense then it was not PI on us on the Lazard call, he just bumped into the K state plyers.

Lazard was absolutely raped on that last possession, no doubt about it. That officiating crew is completely ******* inept!! JP, for Christ's sake, call them bastards out. 3 flags picked up??? **** me!! Yeah, with 2:11 left, you can make the case that Manning lost his ******* mind on play calls, however folks, this team is no better that 3-9 with CPR at the helm. Happy retirement Snyder, must feel good to win your last home game with an * next to it..... Once again **** me!!!!!

There are rarely bans here. There are some trolls that should have been banned a long time ago, but only fill up my ignore list.

I get around
Cyclone Jerry is sounding off about the refs. Williams is trying to be positive and ignore the refs. Correction: It's Jeff trying to be positive and ignore the refs, not Williams. My slip up.

So the rule book says a defensive player can wrap his arms around a receiver while the ball is in the air? If not PI, then defensive holding.

Sean Snyder's tantrum worked. Did they have any penalties that stood after that?

There's a lot to complain about here. We have to score TDs instead of FGs in the first half. Coaches probably shouldn't have called the pass play but Butler dropped a catchable ball. The refs are certainly a HUGE part of it. This was the epitome of a Cyclone loss.
