I see that the refs are afraid to make big calls in the forth quarter... I didn't know that someone named Dana would scare a herd of fully grown grown zebras.

Meh, refs made a ton of bad calls in favor of us. Refs were bad all around both ways.
My theory is Lanning is playing hurt.
That blown whistle on Butler catch was complete b.s..it was even 2 seconds..literally when 2nd guy got there ref blew whistle and butler had broken free before that..was complete joke and really cost us..

This. I figured with how they'd been calling it there was no way that wasn't PI.
They did, but they also stopped making the RIGHT calls after having to listen to Dana ***** and moan.
We got away with one at about the 12.30 mark. Poor play calling and execution in the red zone lost this game, not these no calls.

The crew today needs to be put out to pasture. They were just plain bad. Having said that we didn't lose because of them. We didn't execute in the red zone. The two Kempt runs were blown calls by Manning. The Kempt interception on the swing/wheel to Montgomery in the 1st was really bad execution on Kempt's part. He needed to eat it and live to play another day. Both big throws by WVU were blown coverages by the Safety. Little things were the difference between winning and losing.
Refs sucked both ways today. Not really a factor except the horrible call on Butler. I think the head ref began going through the early onset of Alzheimer’s during the first half. I’m not sure he knew where he was. Hopefully he got home ok.
