Grocery shop at Target. They don't allow any charity or nonprofits on their premises.

I cannot since I don't own a mini-van or an SUV. I am welcome at Lunds & Byerlys though.

I do get prescriptions filled at Target but I park at Byerly's and walk across the street to Target so they won't know (unless they scrutinize the security cams).

And stuff the pockets of more people in the Twin Cities? I think not.

Disclaimer: MrsWx fits into the 25-35 demographic that it seems Target is after so we do plenty of shopping at Target.
I'm not sure how much actually ends up in the Twin Cities.

Our current governor's family used to own Target and is probably still considered a large shareholder. He won his initial election, at least partially, on a platform of eliminating tax loopholes for the wealthy. Most of his money is kept in tax-free trusts in South Dakota.

Still watching the Burns Vietnam doc (I know, that's another thread) and last night they presented clips of Hubert Humphrey campaigning in 1968. He was a really decent man, and far too nice to win a competition with one of the most cutthroat pols of all time.

Pretty despicable how Nixon played the war like a game to ensure his nomination.

Target should allow your Audi sedan in the parking lot. At least the Targets that are in the Western suburbs. You're not getting in the parking lot in your Porsche convertible, though.

I just re-read this post. Talk about irony.......
