This is before the championship game, which I see pitting oSu and K-State.

  1. oSu - passing game + favorable schedule
  2. K-State - Wizard's last trick before retirement
  3. OU - not as easy as coordinating O
  4. WVU - QB gets eligible
  5. Texas - Herman brings hope
  6. TCU - awful to respectable
  7. BU - Clones in Waco
  8. ISU - Ku visits
  9. Ku - may surprise someone or two
  10. Tech - piling-on

1) OSU
2) OU
3) K-State
4)Texas
5) WVU
6) TCU
7) ISU
8) BU
9) TTU
10) KU

I like your justification for putting us ahead of Kansas is because we play them at home.

Gee thanks

1. Oklahoma
2. Oklahoma St
3. Texas
4. TCU
5. K-State
6. West Virginia
7. Baylor
8. Iowa St
9. Kansas
10. Texas Tech

I'd flip OU and OSU, but other than that I'd agree with this. I won't be surprised if Kingsbury gets canned midseason. TT is springing leaks everywhere, and without Mahomes to cover up some of their weaknesses they're going to be really bad.

He must be the Bruce Weber of football. Did nicely with someone else's players, it seems. Then tailed-off severely his second year. Lost to Navy, Memphis and SMU (badly). But Charlie Strong said this Longhorn team would win 10 regardless who was coaching it. So, maybe so.
Class - National Rank
2011 - 73 ~ These guys would have been RS seniors in Herman's first season
2012 - 56
2013 - 56
2014 - 76
2015 - 92 ~ These guys would have been true freshmen in Herman's first season

2016 - 36 ~ Herman's first actual class at Houston

I would love to have a tail-off season that results in a 9-3 record.

Not to mention that DT that Herman brought in was one of the best interior linemen in the country as a true freshman.

Texas will be more talented than almost every team in the conference.

And y'all thought Charlie Strong would star 5 years ago. "Oh, what a great hire. Ran off all those softies from Mack's team." I remember the narrative.
