I love great marketing and branding but I shudder when I think of how many parents are going to fork over extra dollars to buy little Johnny Gatorade bars thinking it will somehow enhance his athletic performance.

There is some kind of weird bromance going on between those two that I can't quite pinpoint yet.
Big Tech fan, eh?
That commercial is the worst. I was watching a game on ESPN3 and they played that commercial at least 15 times in 2 hours. It's a pick 'em for me between that and those "Turn down for...." commercials. They're both incredibly annoying and they make up 3/4 of the commercial rotation on ESPN.
I think he's pretending to be a tech fan cuz the girlSo, this of off topic but the guy in that commercial...is he hiding his Tech fandom from his buddies or his State fandom from his lady? The wife and have a couple debates about this, anyone care to weigh in?

Hes hiding is State fandom for the lady, IMO. Thats why he keeps trying to get his buddy to leave, and why he told him he was to busy to go to the game.
Then why did he take his gear off to talk to his buddy?
I think it's both, but clearly he doesn't want his State buddy to know either.
I don't know. That "In the Annapolis" commercial from a couple years ago had me rolling.Yeah, I wonder who thought there would be great chemistry between Sam Jackson, Sir Charles, and Spike Lee. Those are crap commercials, bad enough you start thinking they are being ironic about it.
But they aren't.
