Good to see a kid staying home rather than joining the den of inequity. Maybe the down-river nefariousness is starting to catch up.

I think they'll need an upgrade at post to help Latin next year, and take over after that, but I'm pretty sure Kruger is capable of finding someone. No doubt their young guards and wings have talent though.OU has one more down year and then they'll be loaded. Their young talent is as good as anyone in the league.
Not good enough to go to Duke, evidently. How well does this guy slap the floor?
We already did sign a backup PG to develop in Marcus Garrett, except he's 6'5" instead of Wiggington's 6'1". So we're covered at that end of the bench, thanks.Too bad you guys couldn't get a player like Wigginton

Nah, we joust peacefully and in good fun. Nothing but respect for him.Don't fall into the CyTwin trap. You'll regret it.

Dude can gain weight.
How much weight do you really want to put on a guy that's supposed to be your point guard? Trying to kill off some speed, too?Dude can gain weight.
Wigggington aint getting TALLER.
Sooo...Dude can gain weight.

Really, I must be uninformed here: why is a taller point guard a good thing for his specific job?Wigginton is better than Garrett. I agree Garrett has better size

At the same point in their career? Yes, 100%. Freshman Selby was light years better than freshman Mason.Sooo...
6'4 180 Josh Selby > 5'10 190 Frank Mason ?![]()

When a wing or a big closes out on a shooter, which shooter is more likely to get their shot blocked, the 6'1 guy or the 6'5 guy?Really, I must be uninformed here: why is a taller point guard a good thing for his specific job?
Whats Wiggington's role for ISU next year? No idea what your roster will look like? Does he get to develop or do you need him to be really good Day One?I mean if you had the choice to be taller at any position you would take it but that doesn't mean you are better. Wigginton will be better than Garrett but Garrett is a solid player and we recruited him hard. He's just not as good as Wigginton
