The Dean-Hodge Breaker

But the rib is healed...Big 12s and Nationals are all that matter. :)

Truthfully..even though you may not believe me..I am happy your kid is healthy.

My boy Dudley took it on the chin this weekend. Nickal really dominated, didn't see that coming. I guess between now and Big12's the only real test for your son would be Boyd? I'm not realy high on Boyd, but what do I know, I thought Dudley would handle Nickal. Has your son ever wrestled Nickal?

Do you ever mention Dudley without referring to him as your boy?

The title of the thread is the Dean-Hodge Breaker, and winning the Hodge requires more than winning Big 12's and Nationals.
Hodge Criteria:
1. Record
2. Number of pins
3. Dominance
4. Past credentials
5. Quality of competition
6. Sportsmanship/citizenship
7. Heart

Give me a break you politcally correct SISSY..stop trying to make something racist when it's not. In NJ where I'm from we say "my boy" to friends and players for teams we like.

But since you want to pussify this thread with your talk, I will go on to say, my boy Lambert, my boy Berger, my boy Studeabaker who by the way split McCutcheon like a virgin on prom night.

Not racist..a term of endearment

Wow you really took that to an unnecessary place. Race had absolutely nothing to do with my post. I was just pointing out how you say it literally every time you mention him and you sound like a massive douche. This weird little rant only confirmed that.

What did it have to do with then smartguy? You never heard the term "my boy?" I know what you were getting at because I come across many pussification people all the time. I called you out on it and now I'm a "massive doche?" Why not just start with that instead of pussyfooting around. I can care less what you have to say. I was speaking with PD2

It had to do with you constantly saying my boy like a 19 year old bro and nothing more. I've heard the phrase "my boy" used plenty here in the Midwest but not much since I moved out of the frat house I mistakenly lived in for a couple years. Tough guy meat heads who think they're the **** aren't exclusive to the NJ area.

Nope...all you have to do is beat Dean.

He'll break Nickal in half.

BTW, OUCH...that had to hurt.

Did you see Dudley tear thru Midlands? Hoping you were impressed. This Sunday will be a great test against the kid from Penn State that is ranked 2 or 3. The one thing I know for sure is my boy will be there as he hasn't ducked anyone all year. He's gonna pin Nickal (well I hope he does but doubt it). Only a moron would predict kids at this level pinning top 3 wrestlers. Any guesses who that would be?

One guess....YOU! :)

That match already happened the kid from penn state (Nickal) walked through Dudley with relative ease

Oh, I get it. If your kid beats Dean, you will unilaterally declare your kid the Hodge winner. Meanwhile, the actual Hodge will go to Retherford or Imar. But, at least PD3 will have Retherford or Imar's eternal thanks. So, there's that.

If Dean stays undefeated and wins it all, he'll get the Hodge (a senior with 3 titles). Remember, 184 is the toughest weight class! But, if Downey stays undefeated, beats Dean and wins it all...remember, (in the toughest weight class), you're theory is that because he broke a rib and missed many matches, but still bumps up to 197 to get tougher competition and to help his team, and, under this scenario, would still be able to bounce back after being out 7 weeks, well, that wouldn't mean crap? Your logic is flawed.

I'll let you argue that to the committee that chooses the Hodge, and see how that goes for you. Look at the criteria, and tell me if you see any of what you just said in the criteria.
