Was this Shutterfly? A friend had issues with them before.

I did calendars for the some folks and I thought the special was x% off & a free calendar. It turned out to only be the calendar price that came off. I would have still needed to order it to have the correct number..... The service email didn't seem to understand why I might not like that. I decided it wasn't worth it to argue at the time.

This was Snapfish. They had 70% off their prices, but then you get stuck with high shipping. I did get 15% back on Ebates which about paid for the shipping.

I need to order something from Shutter fly today. Wish me luck . . .

The sad part is I know what he is asking because over the years I have learned how to speak idiot. He wants me to develop a monitoring routine for the clients critical path batch processing. Of course I have no way of knowing what their critical path is, they need to tell me what it is.
