Can you pause the tv broadcast temporarily to manually sync it up?

I can't even get logged in to cy.tv. keep getting this big error on the screen. Says log in timed out and pool is full. Atleast I have LHN
My Roku thinks my ISP is in Iowa apparently.

Oh....ummm...try putting the speakers far enough away that the slower speed of sound naturally syncs it.
Where do I find a good audio stream? By the way, I'm watching in Omaha on WatchESPN, using my PlayStation Vue credentials. HD quality.

My cyclone.tv stream works for 1 min. Then freezes. Have to restart my laptop. Works then same thing. Going to lose it.

May daughter left and it now works fine. She must have been FaceTiming or using a lot of bandwidth. Good to go!

I always worry about picking up a virus of some sort from closing ads on a site like that.
Cyclones tv has been working great for me. No buffer problems or anything. Looks like a stream you would see on ESPN.
