anybody actually try eggplant Parmesan and like it? Never had it but we have an eggplant this week.

I've had it several times. Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. Depends on preparation. It can be very good though!

CG don't know much about eggplant parmesan, but I've sliced them thin dredged them in egg, dipped in crackers than either fried them in butter or baked them on a cookie sheet.

Have had a red light on my wireless mouse all day. Usually a flashing red light means low battery, but this has been constant.

Tomato and lettuce on blt, spring (summer?) greens salad with red onion thrown on, sweet corn, and sauteed broccoli.


I really like the broccoli, actually. Steamed with garlic salt, black and red pepper. Threw a bit of parmesan on top.

So I just saw on Facebook that a couple that I went to high school with created a facebook profile for their unborn child.

Like what the ****... is this a thing now or...?

Jumped on wife's bike to do a basic checkup on it. Bottom three gears of each side and not accessible and tires only had 6 lbs in them. 3/8 of a mile to nearest compressor, walked about a 1/4 mile after I thought I needed 1st gear to pedal that low pressure. Got tires taken care of and now need to see why it won't let you shift into lower gears
