I didn't like everything he did musically, but I appreciated that he was a supreme talent. He was vastly underrated by the general public as a guitarist. I remember watching him play some solos on other folks' music that were every bit as good as Hendrix or Clapton could have provided.

The real Hendrix or the fake Hendrix.

No need to go to Deforest, she already has detrees and deshrubs.

That's a steal for Macallan!

Plus local brew Fulton Blonde and IPA for $12/12 pack. Shopping tonight.

These guys crack me up a little:

Shopping at Liquor Boy means never having to wait for that Semi-Weekly-Bi-Monthly-Twice-A-Year-Buy-It-Today-Or-Get-Gouged-Tomorrow Sale. Liquor Boy will never make you clip coupons, because this is the 21st century, after all. And Liquor Boy won’t make you jump through hoops, because if you wanted to jump through hoops, you’d become a tiger and join the circus.

Just had my last property and torts classes. Oh Lawman, I thought of another property case I like. There's a California case which said if a regular attorney screwed up the rule against perspicuity (a complicated rule about dividing up property when you die), they couldn't be found guilty of malpractice because no regular attorney should be able to do it.

So only irregular lawyers can divide up property in California?

Jcyclonee and I should probably podcast from First Avenue tonight. First Ave is doing an all night dance party starting at 11:00. 18 and over, no admission. That won't get too weird or anything.
