I like to be able to sing along with the radio - which eliminates multiple genres - like rap, hip-hop, heavy metal, and (ish...gaaack...ptui) disco.

That leaves country & oldies (60's & 70's).

I'm guessing by your approximate age that you know the lyrics to, and can sing along with, quite a few disco songs.

Nope. When disco became really popular, I was in Pullman WA at Wazzu. It was mostly country on the radio there. Now I flip between KIOA & KJJY - but I'm spending more time on KIOA because I'm getting a little bored with "bro country music". There is NO modern artist that can compete with George Strait, anyway.
