Growing up with a mother from Georgia I ate lots of banana sandwiches with mayo on white bread and rabbit stew or soup is delicious.

I've been up since about 6:30 and probably won't get to bed until about 5:00
I should get BDK to hook me up with a sweet dish washing gig
 
Nobody here but the night watchman. He's not really paying attention either, just killin' time watching music videos on Revolt.

Wild animals and tents have been a theme of discussion this week. We have had hippo videos to watch lately too.

Actually, wife just came back from a formal function for someone's retirement from her work. And went straight to bed (I think a bit too much drinking might have gone on at this event).

Pretty fancy for someone's retirement. At some Dallas country club, dinner, DJ, open bar, ice sculptures, etc. I didn't go so that I could stay home with the kids, but now I wish I would have gone. Perfect chance to embarrass her in front of her coworkers.

The variety is really kind of missing. It's mostly just me talking to myself and Insomniac Rev posting hippo videos.

Was doing my taxes today (haven't finished) and panicked when I could not find Baby Elijah's social security number/card anywhere. Finally found it, but still not happy about possibly owing money to Uncle Sam.
 
Live music surfin' and see that David Sanborn was at the Dakota tonight. ****, would have gone. I have some of his old jazz stuff from a previous life I lived. Dakotas a nice small upscale place that's great for small shows. He's there again Sunday night and then Taj Mahal is there for the next four nights.
 
So my son got one of these for his birthday. He doesn't care to play with it, but I can't seem to put it down.

Baby GTO also can't get enough of it. Pretty much me and the baby fighting over it.
 
Rev posting hippos has tossed I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas into my head. Dammit. It's battling it out trying to push out AWOLNATION and Woman Woman.
