Solomon Young Updates

Dear Solomon,

Please be a better rebounder than our current players

Signed,

Every Cyclone fan watching this game

I'm really impressed with this guy. Good student to go with the play-making ability. Good size already. Plays D and rebounds..

For some reason I keep forgetting about Solomon. Hoping he is a man child as a freshman next year. Looking forward to watching him next year.

I'll admit that I'm not longer the recruitnik I once was before I did things like get a job, get married, and have children. But ever since I watched some of this guy's video, I've been more excited about him than any of the newcomers.

I just love his physicality. He looks like someone who plays with an edge on both ends of the court, doesn't seem to shy away from physical play, and is strong with the ball. All things we need more of. I see him growing into being a contributor fairly quickly.

I think Cameron Lard and Jakolby Long are both cut of the same mold as well. Both extremely physical for their position and not afraid of contact. Really like the type of players Prohm is bringing in. All three will come in as freshman with Big 12 ready bodies. Really really hope Lard makes it on campus his potential is through the roof. I think this freshman trio could turn into an incredible class.

Same here. There's a video of Long playing a game and the other team has Kentucky commit Malik Monk that is pretty impressive too. I then went back to watch some of Simeon Carters for comparison. Different players obviously, and not saying he won't develop and Long/Young will; but there is quite a difference. I'm excited for both. Lard I don't want to get my hopes up.

I revisit the thread 24 hours later and people are still talking about how tiny she is.....tis the offseason.

CF gunna CF I guess

And it bothered you so much you had to double quote and add your two cents.

If you want to cut through the drivel you can always go to hard news sites like cyclones.com instead of a message board.
