Why Isn't Cooke Playing

A team so depleted and getting crushed the last five minutes of each half needs to find ways to get the starters a breather. Cooke seems like the type of player that can give ISU a boost but he continues to rot on the bench. Obviously coach knows best but what am I missing? Is he still this deep in the dog house?

The entire bench sucks and the starters are all spotty. This team has done a lot of amazing things through the years, but we are sorely missing a key player like Royce, Kane, Dejean-Jones, etc.
Ashton has not played well in the time that he is getting. I cannot believe that Cooke cannot offer at least what Ashton is doing.
Didn't you hear, he was 5 minutes late to practice. If you do that with coach Prohm you will be regulated to the bench for the season behind a walk-on who provides nothing.

De-jean Jones? Are you serious? , we aren't missing a stud player, we are missing guys who want to defend and rebound. This has to be the worst rebounding Iowa State team I've ever seen.
What did Cooke provide before he was benched? He was shooting in the 20%'s from 3 to start the year.
Whats your problem bro? You have a better explanation. I was trying to agree with you but since this entire board seems to be in meltdown mode tonight, I shouldnt expect anything else.
