I went to one in Bath England! Next door you could go into a modern spa using the same hot spring, 2 hour session included a hot rock massage and a long soak for only £30! Didn't take pictures there though, too many naked people.

I tried to crop the picture, it is smaller than what I posted on FB. I "borrowed" the belt from my dad quite a few years ago. He is not getting it back. I remember him wearing it in the early 80's so he's had his time with it.
