BDJ

I enjoyed watching him the first half of last season. As for not needing to come here? Didn't he also fight with his UNLV teammates?

the "didn't end well" excuse makes it sound like the entire program let him down

lmao. Life's about choices . He chose to be a terrible teammate at the end
IIRC he said that at UNLV one of his teammates essentially threatened him with a gun I believe.

You don't have that many issues at USC and UNLV without it being something with you. I know we don't know what happened truthfully in those situations, but usually if there is enough hints of issues surrounding him in several instantances, it probably means the guy had baggage.

He didn't act like a team player and he could have provided more to this team if he acted like a team player. That's why he got benched, and that's why fans don't care for the guy. You had more potential, and instead of using it, you acted out and caused issues. Another self centered player, evident by his ability to not stay with one team and own his decision and be committed to putting out his best effort.

How talented was our roster last year that our 6th man gets an NBA start as a rookie

he shouldnt have been our 6th man. He should have acted like a man and not tried to get in fist fights with coaches at half times of important games because he isnt playing enough. At least that time it didnt turn into him having to hide in the locker room because teammates were going to shoot him with a gun like at UNLV. real lovable guy.

So, last year you'd put him ahead of Hogue or ahead of Naz?

I'm so freaking tired of this. Nobody even has any proof of these things yet tell it as fact. Was he a great teammate no but we have no proof that he was a bad teammate. Even if he was a bad teammate get over it and move on. It is still good to see him be successful especially for prohm and the future of the team.

I dont think the coach in question posts here. As far as the UNLV thing, that came straight from BDJ mouth. Futhermore I couldnt care less if he is successful or not. He wasnt a Cyclone, he was a guy that rented a dorm room for a few months.

Whatever. He was a Cyclone and did some good things here.
As for the fight thing, there are billions of unfounded rumors about that. Since it's truly only a rumor, let it go.

umm a lot of baggage. I wished him well at ISU and enjoyed watching him. But our best-played game was @ Iowa with him back in Ames.

And his cancerous attitude during the UAB game was a disaster. If you don't think he adversely affected our team that game you're naive

On the positive side, the best thing for Abdel Nader was for BDJ to skip out of Ames permanently
