****Official Class of 2017 Recruiting Thread****

Kyle Korvers stroke and height make Buddy Hield look like a ball boy. Hield is great in college but he shot puts half his shots and doesn't really have any lift. He knows this too, which is why it looks like he spent all off season learning how to handle and get to the rim viably.
Lots of great shooters don't have what you would call "lift". As for stroke, it doesn't matter one single bit if you are drilling nearly half your three point attempts.

Or maybe he wanted to become an even better basketball player. The unmitigated gall of that guy.

I hear that Step Curry works on things beside shooting as well.

PS - He doesn't jump to the moon on jump shots.

So......

Seems like a HS PG is the top priority for 2017. Anyone know who we have all offered and if Lane for IC West is still an option?

Wow, this surprises me from GC... Ridiculous statement and meaningless. Buddy can get his **** off and create a shot...Kyle is an amazing shooter, but he sure as hell cant create a jump shot

Lane buzz went cold so I would say no, ISU is high on PGs Blake Harris, Darius Perry, McKinley Wright, Collin Sexton, David Sloan, and crystal ball.
And assume that they will offer 3-4 more. The SF/C positions are whom I am really interested in. We will land a top PG, but if we could land a 5 star big man that would be huge.
